Refund Policy

At ChastityVault.com, your privacy and hygiene are our top priorities. Because our products are intimate devices, we follow a strict no-return policy. Please read the terms below carefully before ordering.

 


 

1. Returns

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or size swaps.


However, we will immediately assist you if there is an issue with your order.

 

We will replace or refund if:

 

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

  • Your order does not arrive within 60 days.

  • The parcel is lost in transit.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue when contacting us.

 

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Any used/worn product

  • Chastity cages, toys, or accessories with broken seals

  • Lingerie, underwear, pantyhose

  • Custom or personalized items (nameplates, engravings, etc.)

  • Any item not in its original sealed packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.

 


 

2. Order Cancellation

 

We process orders quickly. Cancellation eligibility depends on the time of request:

 

  • Within 12 hours of payment:

    Full cancellation with 0% fee.

  • After 12 hours:

    Your order is already being prepared.

    Cancellation is possible at 80% refund (20% handling & processing fee).

  • After 24 hours:

    Orders are typically shipped. Cancellation is no longer possible.

 


 

3. Refunds – Not Eligible

 

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

 

  • Incorrect size choice (all measurements are provided on product pages)

  • Opened or unsealed packaging

  • Failure to receive the parcel due to incorrect address, missing phone number, or absence during delivery

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts by DHL/other carriers

  • Minor surface marks or polishing imperfections on steel products (industry standard for molded/hand-finished items)

 


 

4. Undeliverable Orders

 

Please ensure all shipping details are correct.

What you enter at checkout is exactly what prints on the shipping label.


If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable:

 

  • A 30% processing fee will be deducted

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Re-delivery to a new address is available with a $20 reshipping fee (US orders)

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses submitted by customers
