2. Delivery Issues & Address Errors

 


 

2.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

 


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, you may choose:

 

  • Redelivery to a corrected address — $20 reshipping fee, or

  • Refund of the product value — minus a $20 return handling fee.

 


 

2.2 Parcels Not Returned to Us

 


If the parcel is not returned to us by the carrier, no refund or redelivery can be issued.

ChastityVault.com is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

You will need to place a new order with the correct information.

Customs inspections, shipping backlogs, or local carrier delays may extend delivery times.

If your parcel is not delivered within 60 days, you are eligible for reimbursement.
