4. ORDER PROCESS & ACCEPTANCE

 


4.1. All Orders placed by you via the Website constitute an offer to purchase under these Terms.

4.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the Order via email or dispatch the Product.

4.3. We may decline or cancel Orders for reasons including (but not limited to): suspected fraud, invalid payment method, incorrect or incomplete information, regulatory restrictions, stock unavailability, or shipping limitations.

4.4. If we decline or cancel an Order after payment is made, we will refund the amount in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
